Pleasant
- The beach is clean - the room was spacious and clean - check-in was quick and smooth - Dinner was mostly tasty - animation team was nice but they are not there everyday
- the room wasn't prepared for 2 persons after checking in, so I have to look for the housekeeping to get extra towels, drinks and toiletries. - everyday I have to tell the housekeeping what I need (water, towels, drinks and toiletries), shouldn't there be a daily set package for each room? I felt like the housekeeper is personally giving me a nice gesture not my basic rights that I paid for. The housekeeper was very friendly but I didn't like having to ask for each particular item. - flies in the restaurant on the food and the dishes. - the restaurant never changes the breakfast menu, I mean everyday the breakfast is exactly the same (I've been going to that hotel for years, it gets boring after a while)

Very nice Holiday
Very helpful, smiley and Friendly staff Beach was amazing and relaxing specially the sandy part Food was tasty and delicious Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable.
Food dishes was very limited but it’s delicious Beach Chairs and chaise longue are a bit old. No Gym or Spa

Staff is very helpful and friendly, they do their best to make you happy and enjoy your stay
Food needs to have more variety, to be more tasty and to have better quality Pool needs to be cleaned more than like this, it wasn't as clean as expected
