Food needs to have more variety, to be more tasty and to have better quality Pool needs to be cleaned more than like this, it wasn't as clean as expected

The hotel upgraded my room to be sea view instead of mountain view. I appreciate them. The sitting in room balcony in front of sea was a nice view. There was an entertainment (Arabic singer) the second night. The hotel location is near to Porto Sokhna. Free car park

The beach area is not well organized and not luxurious. Poor umbrellas and seats. DJ was turned off the first day and on-off the second day. Rocky beach. Very poor breakfast and dinner (varieties - Taste - quantity). Cooking smell is everywhere no aeriation. Lighting chandeliers was very dirty and dusty - No repeated cleaning.

I would like to thanx all who are responsible for the main restaurant in your hotel in terms of : restaurant cleanliness ... good quality and food varieties ... Also the friendliness of staff and the smile with willing to serve and help in our need during time of meals

First .. at the beach no service and any order by help your self system. Second.. must provide insecticides air spray for mosquito to enjoy sitting at night in the gardens Third ..no shows .. no animation in hotel so boring after dinner Forth ..more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of rooms specially bathroom.

The bed was comfortable, that's it.

The whole experience was horrible. My wife got severe food poisoning from the terrible food. The room was very bad, bathroom was not good or properly maintained. Management were very defensive claiming that we cannot cancel our reservation because there is "no refund". If you're looking to spend your vacation in prison then this is the go to place.

Kind polite staff in general - Directors of Reception and Kitchen were there all the time supervising the work in a calm way - Quiet hotel, good for groups, families or friends - Gardens and swimming pools well maintained - Clean beach - Good tasty food

There was no response when we asked to repair the TV that was not working - Sea is loaded with rocks (I suggest distributing swimming shoes to swimmers to be recollected by the end of the day)

The room was enormous! The bed comfortable and the view excellent! It was in a good location, within a nice drive from Cairo. The staff were very attentive and extremely helpful.

Other than the weather being overcast and hazy, there was really nothing to complain about.

The hotel is not totally secured. I mean we entered without xraying our luggage or anything and noone asked us about anything. At the reception they checked only our ID without asking for marriage certificate for me and my wife which is weird and illogic. We booked a king size bed and given twin bed without availabilty to change.. The lighting of the room was so poor and the bathroom supplies were very poor. The room cleanliness was on scale 2/10 , The trash bin bag was not empty and wasn't changed since previous guest and the response of the housekeeping was slow. I even wondered when the houskeeping asked if we wanted a new trash bag instead after taking the old one !!! At night..after my wife got out of the bathroom, she screamed finding a big cockroach finger sized over my head on the bed..and again the response of the HK was too slow to come and remove it..we killed it and when the HK came he said peacefully " this is from the same located room in the upper floor..we sprayed it and it must have come from there or from the bathroom" we sprayed the whole room yet we found another bugs over the two beds so we packed up and checked out at 2:00 a.m. At the check-out, the receptionist even didn't offer any sort of compensation nor tried to help..his only comment about the room cleanliness that the cockroach must have came from the room beside us....The hotel cares from where did the cockroach came not why it exists at the hotel !!! The guest for this hotel is indifferent. They don't care about the comfort of their guests. Finally the most ridiculous sitiaution was charging us for asking for water to drink at dinner..why did i pay 1400 EGP/ night half board at such worse hotel and still they charge me for water..Yes the restaurant had no dispenser nor any bottle of water on the tables nor just a single glass. We had to ask for water and charged for drinking just water...just a ridicoulous hotel.

the management are responding to the complains in a nice way so if you have any issue don't waste too much time to explain to the staff if they are not responding as fast as they should do

we had to change the room three times in order to find a clean bed, since the beds are infected by the bugs from the type that infect dogs and animals when we made the complain they offered spraying the room while we are in!!!! then they offer changing the bed sheets the beach is covered by rocks and concrete boulders which make swimming is a difficult mission although we had a half board reservation we had to pay for any drink in the restaurant even for Water!!!

The food was good , the staff was friendly and the location of my room was perfect with sea side view , also we see dolphins there swimming along the shore of the beach .

I didn't like that the animation team didn't make anyting for us as they were enjoying the resort with us not working . Another thing is that There were rocks in the sea .

1. The quiet atmosphere. No loud entertainment music, etc. 2. Location near (1km) the Go Bus-stop for buses to Cairo, good for those without their own transportation.

A minor issue: the screen in the screen door to the balcony was not well-attached, so that there were some flies in the room.

It's located near porto sokhna which is full of activities to be done. The staff at the pool were great and helpful unlike the rest of staff.

There was no wifi as announced. The staff interfered a lot in what the residents were doing. The bathrooms around the pool were not clean. The telephones were not working properly. The shops at the hotel were closed most of the time. The beach was full of Jelly fish. Inside the bathroom they didn't have a shampoo and the minibar was completely empty

It was my worst experience ever. First the staff was very rude. Poor Hygiene, there was cockroaches in bathroom & room, there's bugs all over the beach coaches, was very filthy. only hand soap in the bathroom, and you're supposed to use it for shower & as shampoo. They couldn't open the safe in my room, and I was supposed to hold my valuable stuff with me on the beach. my friend asked for room service to fix something in her room, and nobody shows at all. they didn't allow me to bring water from outside to hotel. The said that drinks & food should be bought from hotel only. and the list goes on. I really can't imagine it's 4 stars hotel. I'd give it one star maximum.
